Community Outreach

Women’s Health & Hygiene
At Cope and Live mental Health Awareness Foundation, we are passionate about empowering women by raising awareness on critical issues that impact their mental and physical well-being. Our initiatives focus on addressing topics such as menstruation, sexual and gender-based violence, ante-natal and postpartum depression, and other health and hygiene concerns that profoundly affect women’s mental health.
