The Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation is pleased to announce the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Enugu Branch.

This strategic partnership is aimed at strengthening mental health and psychosocial support services across communities in Enugu State and beyond. The collaboration will integrate mental health interventions into humanitarian efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to community wellbeing.

Key Areas of Collaboration Include:

  • Community-based mental health awareness and engagement

  • Capacity building and training for volunteers and community leaders

  • Integrated humanitarian service delivery combining physical and psychological first aid

  • Development of sustainable programs that promote mental resilience, reduce stigma, and improve access to quality mental health support

We sincerely appreciate Hon. Tony Udegbu, Branch Secretary of the Nigerian Red Cross Society Enugu Branch, for his leadership and commitment. Special thanks to our Founder and Co-Founder, Reverend & Mrs. Nwachukwu, for their vision and unwavering support that made this partnership possible.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in our shared commitment to community-driven development. It will create new opportunities for impactful interventions through joint training programmes, community outreaches, awareness campaigns, and responsive psychosocial support initiatives.
