Target:
Out-of-school youth in rural Nigeria
What We Offer: Hands-on vocational training (tailoring, barbing, soap making, carpentry, digital skills, and more) paired with mental health awareness sessions to empower youth economically and emotionally.
Why It Matters:
Out-of-school youth often lack opportunities and face mental health challenges. Our program builds skills for financial independence while fostering resilience and confidence.
What You Get:
- Training for 20–30 youth per cohort, led by local artisans.
- Starter kits (e.g., sewing machines, barber tools) for graduates.
- Mental health sessions to address stress and build coping skills.
- Mentorship to support long-term success.
How It Works:
- Month 1: Identify 50–60 youth and partner with training centers.
- Month 2: Train instructors and begin sessions for 1–2 cohorts.
- Month 3: Graduate participants, distribute kits, and launch mentorship.
