How You Can Make a Difference - Volunteer Roles:

Workshop / Outreach Facilitator: Assist or co-lead sessions on stress management, resilience, or stigma reduction for caregivers, nurses, or community groups. (Ideal for public health students or communicators; 5-10 hours/event)

Art Therapy Support: Help with children's bootcamps or sessions using art, play, or mindfulness to build emotional expression and confidence. (Great for creative individuals; in-person in Enugu)

Event Organizer: Support planning and running forums (e.g., youth summits, men's safe spaces) including logistics, registration, or facilitation. (Flexible, event-based)
