CALMHAF Appoints New State Program Manager for Imo State

The Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mrs. Obileme Chinwendu, BNSc, Registered Midwife, as the new State Program Manager for Imo State with immediate effect. This significant milestone underscores the Foundation’s commitment to advancing mental health awareness and fostering sustainable community impact across Nigeria.
Mrs. Obileme, a highly qualified Mental Health/Psychiatric Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Holding a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) and with extensive experience as a registered midwife, she has also contributed significantly to mental health initiatives through her work with the Nigeria American Institute for Mental Health. Her dedication and professional background make her an ideal leader to drive the Foundation’s mission in Imo State.
As the SPM, Mrs. Obileme will spearhead the Foundation’s programs and activities in Imo State, working closely with our management team to implement impactful community initiatives. Her role will focus on promoting mental health awareness, supporting sustainable development, and creating measurable outcomes for the benefit of the Imo State community. Progress will be periodically reviewed to ensure continued alignment with the Foundation’s goals.
