International Youth Day Message

01

On this International Youth Day, Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation stands with young people everywhere—not with empty words, but with purposeful action. We do not merely mark the day. We live our commitment every day by equipping youth in our communities with the tools they need to thrive emotionally, mentally, and socially. Our ongoing Glow Pulse Emotional Intelligence Bootcamp, a practical, youth-centered program builds self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, resilience, and healthy relationship skills beyond theory. Participants learn to recognize and manage their emotions, communicate effectively, navigate stress and conflict, and develop the confidence to lead themselves and support others. These skills strengthen mental health, improve decision-making, boost academic and personal performance, and create lasting protective factors against anxiety, isolation, and other challenges young people face. Our programs are deliberately inclusive.

We reach young people in mainstream settings and extend the same high-quality support to disabled youth, including those in special education centres. Our targeted interventions are adapted so that every participant—regardless of ability—can develop greater self-understanding, social connection, and personal agency. When young people with diverse needs gain these skills, they experience improved emotional wellbeing, stronger peer relationships, greater independence, and a clearer sense of belonging and purpose. Through Glow Pulse and our wider mental health awareness initiatives, we are actively investing in the betterment of youth in our communities. We believe every young person deserves more than awareness campaigns—they deserve practical tools, safe spaces, and consistent support that help them glow with resilience and pulse with possibility.

This International Youth Day, we reaffirm our promise: we are not just talking about youth. We are walking alongside them, building stronger minds, healthier hearts, and more empowered communities—one young person at a time. Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation: Empowering youth. Building resilience. Creating lasting change.
